About Me

Hi, I’m Aldrin, a Shopify Virtual Assistant based in Pangasinan, Philippines.

I come from an IT Support background with over three years of experience troubleshooting systems, solving technical issues, and explaining solutions clearly to non-technical users. This taught me how to stay calm under pressure, identify the real problem quickly, and fix it properly.

I transitioned into Shopify after seeing how many store owners struggle with the technical and structural side of running an e-commerce store. Common issues include messy product pages, confusing navigation, and layouts that do not convert well. I have built multiple Shopify demo stores from scratch to strengthen these skills, and I approach every store with strong attention to detail.

I may be new to working with clients, but I am not new to the work. I am looking to partner with one store owner who needs reliable and focused Shopify support, and I am committed to growing with the business.
